Andrew Earl

Out of college I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do with my life/career. I had around 7 jobs in a 9-year span ranging from administrative assistant in the medical field, construction, insurance and even sporting goods sales. In 2016, I finally took my mother’s advice and pursued a Real Estate career. Here 5 years later I’m a part of a wonderful team (TriStar Home Partners) at an amazing company (simpliHOM), serving the community that I grew up in with their real estate needs. I have truly found my calling.

I'm an expert real estate agent with simpliHOM in Columbia, TN and the nearby area. I provide home buyers and sellers with professional, responsive and attentive real estate services. Do you want an agent who'll really listen to what you want in a home? Need an agent who knows how to effectively market your home, so it sells? Give me a call! I'm eager to help and would love to talk to you.

Chase Blanchard

With being raised in Columbia, TN for much for my entire life, my knowledge of Maury County and surrounding areas, I feel like I have a grasp on the local market. From the ever-growing suburban residential housing market to the waves of the beautiful Tennessee land, I excel in both. With over 7 plus years of experience under my belt,  I am ambitious and strives to make your dream home come true.  No matter if you are looking for your first home or selling your 10 acres i the countryside, I will make the buying and selling process smooth.

I enjoy coffee almost as much as an ice cold beverage, so do not hesitate to grab a drink to chat real estate or even just to talk about the Tennessee Titans.  If I'm not busy with real estate you can find me entertaining with Amped Sound and Lightning or spending time outdoors and with family.  I live with my newly wedded wife, Lexie, and our dog, Nala in Spring Hill.

OUR STORY

TriStar Home Partners

Chase & I established the team “TriStar Home Partners” years before it became a reality. Talks of partnering up started in 2018 over some adult beverages at what has become the team’s favorite local meeting spot Southern Tre’. It took a little over a year for both of us to be in a position to pull the trigger on joining forces. Neither of us had ever been a part of a real estate team, group, or partnership before.

In January 2021 we decided to started the new venture and the team was born. Last year we set pretty high goals for the team and I’m proud to say we reached every single one of them. From number of units sold to hiring our first true team member. Everything we set out to accomplish in our first year as a group, we did.

We look forward to expanding in 2022 and continuing to set and reach new and better goals individually and as a team.
